Apollo SRX Slitter/Rewinder

This Slitter Rewinder, is a Universal narrow web slitting machine for a variety of materials including paper, film laminates, aluminium and unsupported film.

1 x Universal Slitting Station with quick change top and bottom rotary slitting blades with scissor type slitting AND razor type slitting, to allow for slitting of paper, film laminates, aluminium and unsupported film. Including 8 rotary blades and 8 scissor blades.

- Slitting speed: Depending on material between 70-200m/min. (229.659ft - 393.70ft/min)

1 x Sideway adjustment of material and slitting station

1 x 2 cantilever duplex pneumatic driven product rewind shafts with 1 set of 76, (3”) shafts included and magnetic clutches for accurate rewinding, with quick change of shafts for different sizes

Top shaft – 500mm dia.
Bottom shaft – 700mm dia.

2 x Driven lay-on rollers, to avoid slack edge to one side of the reel, suitable for customer’s material
1 x Trim extraction unit for extracting trim waste
1 x Motor with drive
1 x Automatic operator control unit for speed, length and label count
1 x Foot Pedal
